Fasttrac Solicitors Limited is in liquidation and ceased operation on the 31st July 2014. Its affairs, business and property are being managed by the Joint Liquidators, Ian Walker and Julie Palmer of Begbies Traynor, who act as the Company's agents without personal liability. http://www.begbies-traynorgroup.com/begbies-traynor/offices/office/exeter
Begbies Traynor will not be able to answer questions concerning individual mortgage cases conducted by Fasttrac for its former Lender clients.
If you are a Borrower with a question about a mortgage processed by Fasttrac, for one of its former lender clients, then you should address that question to the lender. The former lender clients of Fasttrac have been informed where the case records relating to mortgage cases processed by Fasttrac, for those Lenders, are held in accordance with Solicitors Regulation Authority Rules.
Question: Has Fasttrac got my title deeds or title information?
Answer: No. It is unlikely that any title deeds or information came into the hands of Fasttrac. If it did come into the hands of Fasttrac then it was carefully sorted (in accordance with the agreed process terms) with items of no use / material interest being destroyed and items of potential use / material interest being sent / made available to the Borrower (in hard copy, electronically and sometimes both). Fasttrac never held any title deeds or information for any clients and did not have any form of title deed / title information storage facility in its paperless working environment.
