2011 was another busy year for Fasttrac Solicitors. We achieved many things and below are some of the highlights.

General

• We joined the Conveyancing Association
• We applied to join the Council of Mortgage Lenders as an Associate Member. Membership became effective on January 1^st 2012
• We implemented more online forms on our website, which have further helped us move closer to being paperless
• We were invited by the Land Registry to test e-Registration via their business gateway
• We improved our core software in a number of areas
• We processed our first Islamic finance remortgage

Volumes

• We completed 9,640 cases for our clients
  • Peak completion month was March with 1,177 completions
  • Low completion month was December with 571 completions
