Viewing PDF Files
The documents we need you to view and or print are available from this website in the widely-used PDF format. If you do not already have software to enable you to view these PDF files, you can download it for free for most computer systems from Adobe by clicking the icon below.
Note: neither Adobe nor Fasttrac Solicitors will attempt to charge you for software to read PDF files. In the unlikely even you are requested to pay to view documents on our website, it is because you already have non-Adobe PDF software on your computer. It is your decision whether to pay for that software, or to replace it with the free Adobe Reader. If you are having difficulties, you can always call us on 01460 279288 and request that all correspondence is sent by post.
Printing
Fasttrac Online forms are designed to make it easy to progress your mortgage, without relying on paper and postal systems. Some documents do need printing, e.g. Process Acceptance, Data Protection, Complete Instruction forms and the Mortgage Deed.
If you do not have access to a printer at home we recommend:
- Downloading and saving the item so that you can email it to a location where a printer is available to you.
- Accessing the Fasttrac website to retrieve the items that need printing from a location where a printer is available, e.g. work (but do ask first), library, etc.
