Fasttrac urges you to take great care of your personal details. We have taken care to ensure the security and privacy of your data, but there are things you can do to help protect yourself.
To access your Fasttrac case online you only need to provide your case code and pass code.
Information we will and will not request
Our online Data Validation Form does ask for some details that enable us to progress your case, and this includes details of bank accounts(s) so that we can pay money, if any, due to you.
Fasttrac will never ask you for details of security information connected with any bank or building society account, e.g. pin numbers, shared secrets, etc.
If you are ever requested, or appear to be requested, to provide security information STOP – end the conversation or browser session – and call Fasttrac on 01460 279288.
