The online service has been pretty easy to use and quite intuitive.
All staff I have spoken to at the call centre have been extremely impressive, polite, professional and knowledgeable.
Overall I am pleased with the service, especially when dealing directly with very pleasant and highly competent staff.

The service was prompt and there was always someone who could answer questions, even if they had not contacted us, as all the staff could access our case. The staff were polite and always welcoming.

Dear Fasttrac, thank you for the best service we have ever had when remortgaging. In the past solicitors have often held up things but with Fasttrac it has been really efficient and I really appreciate the fast turn around using emails, texts and pre-paid address labels etc. Thank you again for very impressive service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.
